When you view any video on any of the Flash video websites like You Tube you are downloading the whole video to your temporary internet files. They use Progressive Downloads (you download a bit, then another bit).

By default Flash video is not in the MIME type list of Windows IIS because of this IIS doesn’t know how to handle it and Flash videos will not work until you do the following.
