I was on the WikiScanner (a tool that tracks changes to the Wikipedia) the other night and came across the following page http://wikiscanner.virgil.gr/f.php?ip1=83.98.166.31and the user on that IP made the following change

This woman is the most sarcastic person i have ever had to help across the phone. I wish i had recorded it to play back to you all.

It was a comment made about Nell McCafferty. And with a quick search of the Ip address, you will find that the IP range is assigned to Michele Neylon, Blacknight Dedicated Hosting Network. You would think a web host would have better sense and use a proxy to make comments like that.
