If you ever do a search for Google Earth on Google you will see about 124,000,000 results. And out of that there is only 1 Adwords advert. For a site called http://earth.free.googlepages.com/. Now they claim that downloading from them is better because you get added benafits. And all you have to do is click this link on the top of the page.

But funny enough the link you click is Adsense. Now to me someone having a website on Googles free hosting service and using there Adsence to mislead people into clicking a download link is aginst terms and conditions of Google Inc. But wait, earth.free.googlepages.com has its own terms and conditions….

If I have read that right they are giving out usage licences for trademarked, copyrighted, patentied software owned by Google and using Google to do this. It looks like Bill (the owner and ‘licencer’ of Google Earth) searched and replaced some elses terms and conditions. And how do I know this? Well look at the following

Why is the text in caps and the websites name in lower case? Your more then likely thinking how long has this site been up? At least a year, I emailed Google last year about it asking was it aginst terms and conditions. But never got a reply.
